“Good location but lack of flexibility to extend stay due to flight cancellation so big of a shock at the extra £85 so flexibility to extend due to a change in circumstances out with my control would be a benefit. Hopefully my insurance will refund.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. For future reference we do have a shuttle bus that operates from Plane Parking, this may be of use to you.

“Good location and price but no shuttle bus to the terminal mean a bit of a hike with cases over a rough surface which wasn't great which also damaged a case wheel. Also, no clear signage or dedicated walkway to the terminal leaves a lot of folks walking around looking for the way out. A smooth dedicated walkway would be a good addition.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
