“I prepaid for my parking. At the exit the barriers didn't open automatically. However, this was resolved fairly quickly by the person on the other end of the intercom.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“The entry and exit of the long stay parking was smooth and without issue. No problems.
I had originally booked for FastPark valet parking but when my flight was changed and was going to land approx 7 hours after my original booking time there was no option to modify the booking. It would have been cheaper for me to take a late fee than cancel and rebook as advised. So, I cancelled my original booking and took a much cheaper option in the long stay. I didn’t get the service I wanted and the airport parking lost money. Seems daft to have such limited flexibility.”
“Form initially booking to parking the car at the car park everything went very smoothly. I have another 2 bookings for the carpark this year. Would have not hesitate to recommend it.”
“Veru is close to the airport, a few minutes walk. Easy to find. The sign could be more visible where to find the exit to the airport. Take me some time to find it. Overall very pleased with this parking. And the price is very reasonable.”

I can confirm our ANPR system reads car registrations on entry and exiting however, sometimes the car registration number does not read properly and I understand how frustrating this can be.
