“Apparently I had parked in the incorrect zone which the barrier allowed me into in the first place? Surely it shouldn't allow me in or should have said this will cost extra, not just give you the ticket then expect you to pay 170 for 4 days on return. Luckily the guy on intercom was an absolute legend big shout out to who ever you were that daily sat 6th May about 6pm. Let me through as it was a genuine an simple mistake. Appreciate it”
“Easy to book online with CCard payment, easy to find parking with the instructions, was able to find space for our 7m motorhome. Check out had a small issue with the number plate not being recognised but was easy resolved through the customer assist button at the boomgate. Wish all airport parking was this good.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. “Very close to the terminal with a covered walkway at the end of the car park but it is a huge car park and because I parked when it was still dark, I couldn’t find the path for walking to the walkway so had to walk on the road. Better lighting or signage for walking with cases to it would have helped”
“Relatively close to terminal building but the marked route through the Mid-stay car park is not well lit and the surface is uneven. Was better when there was a bus service. Also cars parked on circulation routes and not is marked bays is annoying.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
We are actively working on a project that will improve the long stay walking route, we understand that the walking route requires improvement, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time.
