“I have used official airport parking for years but why are you allowing lazy, ignorant people to block the roads even if there are double yellow lines- give them a ticket ( if you are permitted!). To those that will claim there were no spaces left- yes there are you are just too lazy to drive around and look for them! Either that or you have not left enough time- get there earlier! It is getting worse as the more you leave them the more people will think it is ok! You can easily identify them- maybe by there car Reg (sarcastic I know!)”

Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“Good value, convenient location, but the walking route from car to airport is truly awful. Road surface is too bumpy for trolley bags, we had to walk through deep puddles and finding our way back in the dark was quite difficult. Please bring back the bus or provide a properly surfaced and signposted walking route.”

“The car park is easy to find. It’s close to the airport. So all good on that front. However there were cars parked all over the place on double yellows and up kerbs suggesting that the actual car parking spaces had been seriously over subscribed and subsequently adding a little stress.”

“Have been using for a while now getting ins never been a problem, however exiting can be tricky due to the road layout even when you think you know where your going. Have not found a problem getting parked but have noticed other cars having to be left parked on double yellow lines and up on pavements. Had a couple of issues with ticket machine not reading ticket on exit but staff been very helpful even when I had got my time mixed up on leaving the car park. All ok hat said it seems to work well enough.”
“I have stayed with long stay parking for 4 times never had an issue. Thislast time my flight was delayed for 3h and 30minutes. There wasn't any more charges. I will continue to stay with them.”

Disappointed to return to a scratch on my car. Staff were helpful in reporting this. But it was largely caused by tight spaces, these need to be larger.”

I can confirm our car parking spaces are standard industry size. These are the same as most car parks.
