It's quick and easy way if you live far away from the airport and have kids.”
“Car park seriously overbooked. Sign on entry advising spaces at rear, there were no spaces there. There were lots of cars parked out with bays and blocking off parts of the road. Wasted far too much time circling car park looking for space when thankfully by chance someone exited a space. Booked the parking months in advance, you shouldn’t have to waste a load of time looking for a space you’ve paid for.”

“Great price and we were pretty happy with everything apart from the lack of signs to keep you heading in the right direction. Going to and from the the airport is a little bit of a guessing game at times.”
“The online booking process and pricing structure is good and works well, but trying to find a space in an overflowing car park really spoilt the experience. I do not know how this car park will work in busy holiday periods, particularly when the schools are out for summer.”

“When I approached the exit I chose the middle exit. As I had prepaid this was not the correct one so I reversed and headed for the exit to the right of the middle. I scraped my car on kerb separating the 2 exits causing substantial damage. The kerb was far too high and I understand this is a regular occurrence. Can you advise how often this happens please”
“I have used official airport parking for years but why are you allowing lazy, ignorant people to block the roads even if there are double yellow lines- give them a ticket ( if you are permitted!). To those that will claim there were no spaces left- yes there are you are just too lazy to drive around and look for them! Either that or you have not left enough time- get there earlier! It is getting worse as the more you leave them the more people will think it is ok! You can easily identify them- maybe by there car Reg (sarcastic I know!)”

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.
