“It’s a car park - not much to say.
Except that they really shouldn’t sell more spaces than there actually are. I was lucky to find a space, but many, many, cars were parked outside of parking bays, along streets, corners, double yellow lines, and even in a couple of places completely blocking a road. Not sure if anyone bothers checking the car park or not, but that really needs to be stopped”

We are aware that customers are leaving their vehicles out with the designated parking bays and we are working with the relevant teams to monitor this. Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier.

“Very easy to book online and to use. reasonably priced.
On 5th July it was very difficult to find a space in the long stay car park. Had to park in the overflow area (zone K), and then a long walk to the terminal. Would benefit from better signage from there for pedestrians.
The parking ticket did not print well and so could not be read by the machine when we were leaving. However, the staff member on duty was extremely polite and helpful and quickly remedied the problem.”
“Reasonably priced and walkable to the terminal. Car park was fairly full when we arrived but we found a space up the back and car was fine on our return. I'd use this car park again.”
“difficult to negotiate the way round the car park with cars parked all over the roads, including one where cars were abandoned on both sides of the road completely blocking it. Apparently no sanction for illegal parking.”
