Thank you for your review. We do not oversell our car parks however we are aware that a small number of drivers are parking outwith the designated parking bays. We are actively working on a solution that will help to prevent re-occurrences of this in the future.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“We chose the long stay car park as we didn’t have the kids and only had cabin baggage. We parked in area F3 and it was a short walk to the terminal, would have been fine with kids and with suitcases. I think I would chose this car park over the ones that have bus service into the terminal.”
“Parking experience entering and leaving was straightforward, there were however cars abandoned everywhere while we were trying to find a space some blocking parts of the road through the car park , cars on kerbs and on double yellow lines, not sure if it had been oversold or not ,but there seemed to be more cars than spaces due to the way folk had left their cars”
