“Overall the service had been very good, though my most recent experience was not. I was delayed coming back to my car, having planned 4 days away my return was delayed due to a work situation. Whilst I don't begrudge paying for the extra day, the charge for that extra day was more expensive than the 4 booked days. A more fair charge should be considered for those who are inadvertently delayed.”

As is set out in our terms and conditions and advised on your booking confirmation if you are going to be delayed you should make a new booking that begins when the current one ends. This will help prevent an overstay charge which is charged at our non-booked roll-up rates which are always more expensive than pre-booking.

“Bit of a mess honestly, appears to be plenty of space however cars are still piled onto walking areas, pavements etc. The walking areas don't make any sense, it would be better to designate the entire carriageway to pedestrians with pedestrian priority as there is few and far between people on there compared to cars.”
