“Horrific. I would not use this car park again. We returned from our holiday to find a hole in our bumper.
The car park company will not help us. They say there is no camera footage. Which is worrying as you'd think there would be, to keep our cars safe.
It is obvious it was a white car which has hit our black car. When we parked up we were alongside a white vehicle so they really just need to check the footage for the time/date that car left.
When we parked up the car park was worryingly busy. There were cars parked next to kerbs. Not in spaces.”

“Car park was practically full upon arrival and it took some time driving around the whole car park to find a place to park. Returned after our trip to find a car parked behind us not in a proper place, I assume they couldn't find a proper parking spot. We nearly reversed into that car and it took a multi-point turn to manoeuvre out of our place.
At the exit gate, the number plate recognition system musn't have been working. We had prepaid our parking but the message at the barrier said we had to pay £170 for our five day stay. An attendent did answer our intercom call after a moderate delay and did open the barrier for us to exit. So all was well.”
Thank you for your review,
I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
Kind regards,
Customer Support Team
