“It in error tried to charge us again when we left the parking lot but they resolved it when we pressed the ‘need assistance’ button. Gave us a bit of a scare when it said we owed £260! All worked out but wish it had been streamlined”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“I am a regular user of the long stay as I fly with Ryanair a lot...very happy with the service.
Did get a fright when the barrier screen advised that I owed £240 for a 6 night stay!
....but the Attendant sorted it out and had me away on time....will use again soon.”
“The Licenceplate recognition did not work again, so when you leave you have to contact the help desk to get out without paying the rate it wants to charge
