Flawless Daily Sunscreen SPF 50 50ml Reviews

4.5 Rating 1,221 Reviews
I wrote a review before on Flawless Daily Sunscreen and then my experience was mixed on this product. It took too long to absorb and tried La Roche-Posay 50+ after, one of the best on the market, I understand. Only then did I realise the difference in results and quality between those two products. I couldn't wait to finish La Roche-Posay 50+ and go back to Dr. Sam's sunscreen, which evened up my skin and controlled my skin's oil production (I have combination skin and constantly had to use tissue to remove it when using La Roche-Posay 50+). The Flawless Sunscreen worked much better the second time; it absorbed faster, easier, controlled oil production so well, I no longer had to check my face in the mirror every hour like with La Roche-Posay 50+, and my skin looked great. A huge difference in results and feel from other products. I guess the product application has to be done in stages rather than all 3 pumps in one go. I've just started to use Gossamer because it's designed more for skin with rosacea tendencies. I like both. I pretty much have all Dr. Sam's products and they are the only ones I use. I've seen the difference and it's at another level. I'm grateful those products exist :-).

My HG sunscreen is being discontinued so I have been searching for a new one. I always wear sunscreen and had high hopes for this. I bought two bottles based on the reviews. Sadly, my skin began to feel prickly within 15 minutes of application so I removed it and used my regular SPF. I have returned the unused bottle and passed on the used one to a friend who has had skin cancer. I hope it works for her. I do like the night serum and cleanser.

I found this thick and stung my eye a bit, but it was the best until Gossamer came out! This might be better for drier skin but for me it was too heavy.

I think it's a good product for skin who well tolerate chemical suncream, but unfortunately my skin can't. After use my skin went very red and burning.

Been using this since June 2020 was previously using a spray SPF they have nothing on this, quickly become a real staple piece in my routine. White as you apply It but absorbs in quickly and leaves no white cast behind. Lovely soft texture smells amazing and lasts well, really benefiting my skin, leaving a healthy glow now I won't go a day without applying.

I found only cons rather than pros using this sunscreen. First of all cast, one of the castiest sunscreen I ever used. Second it doesn't absorb, so it feels kinda greasy on your skin and what bugs me most hair sticks to it. But this sunscreen really gentle, so I use it mostly after facials and that stuff. Unfortunately no way to return once it was open, but I definitely will not repurchase it.

I discovered this in the first lockdown (March 2020) we’re now going into feb 21 and I honestly wouldn’t use another sunscreen. I have had acne prone skin since I was a teen, I’m now 26 and this works perfectly for me. I don’t break out with it, it’s not too light or too heavy, it’s just perfect, smells amazing and I love the way my make up (bare minerals) just sits on top of it! It’s miraculous

Having heard Dr Sam on the Outspoken Beauty podcast I decided to try the range. She said that sunscreen was the single best thing to apply for our skin. I love this sunscreen- the amount seems a lot but it has definitely helped my skin to look and feel softer, healthier and smoother with dark and rough spots all but disappearing. Cannot be without it now.
