“I’ve been using Dr. Sam’s sunscreen for a while and have generally liked the product. However, my recent experience with their customer service has been very disappointing. I received an unexpected delivery invoice from UPS, even though my subscription states that delivery should be free. Despite several emails, the process to resolve this issue has been unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
It’s frustrating that a problem originating on their side became such an administrative burden for me as a loyal subscriber. This experience has made me seriously consider cancelling my subscription.”

“An easy to apply, most moisturising sunscreen that doesn’t cause irritation. I have found some sunscreens to irritate my skin and cause redness, but not this one. Its texture isn’t tacky, it goes on really easily and spreads evenly. I now look forward to putting on my spf rather than worrying about irritation!”
