Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Given the potent nature of the product and the type of actives combined in the serum, crystal residue can occur on an odd occasion. This can be considered normal and the formulation remains active and is safe for use, avoiding the delicate eye area. To help reduce this, we recommend that you warm the product gently for 30 to 50 minutes - a warm water bath is ideal. This won't damage your serum in any way.
