“Slight irritation at first but introduced slowly to combat this. A month in and I can definitely see my skin brightening up when I use this product. Haven’t been using long enough to say whether it has any lasting effect like reducing wrinkles etc. will wait and see!”
“I love this product however I can only give it 1 star because of the packaging! The pump stopped working on my first purchase, after some back and forth in communication and a video I was sent a replacement however the same problem has happened again. Not acceptable for the price of this product & from reading the reviews it’s happening to many customers”
“Really love this product. I’ve been using it for a while now and wish I had before and after photos but even without them I can absolutely see the difference. I have sensitive skin which flares up with redness to anything it doesn’t like, and following the instructions to get started with this I had no reaction at all. I now use a full pump every night and my skin has much more ‘glow’, is smoother and my previously very visible pores are diminished hugely. I’ve never had better skin! The packaging for my most recent purchase seems to have changed the dosage on the pump action meaning more product is dispensed and I feel a full pump is now probably a bit too much for me, so I’ll probably scale it back a bit. That aside, I wouldn’t be without this product now. I’ve tried other serums in the past but none have given me noticeably visible results like this. If you’re thinking of trying it, Do take some before pictures and do give it the full 6-8 weeks Sam recommends before deciding if you can see the benefits. My guess is you’ll see them before that if you use it consistently, but for maximum comparison it’s worth waiting!

“really like this product. it has really helped my rosacea skin. but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE PACKAGING. I AM SICK OF TRYING TO GET PRODUCT OUT. FOR THE SUNSCREEN, I HAD TO CUT OPEN THE PACKAGE AND PUT IT IN A JAR. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE SERUMS OUT OF THESE MALFUNCTIONING CONTAINERS--I HAVE TO WONDER HOW MUCH EXPENSIVE PRODUCT REMAINS IN THE CAN. THE WHOLE THING IS SO IRRITATING AND TIMECONSUMING. The product is great though. IF ANYONE HAS WORKED OUT HOW TO GET THE CAN OPEN PLEASE SHARE!”
“The Nightly serum has done wonders for my skin!! I was a little concerned about starting on retinol and how my skin would react but Dr Sam's advice about frequency and use of moisturiser goggles to protect eyes made a big difference. The frustrating red marks (PIH) left behind by spots started clearing very quickly and breakouts lasted much shorter time so I was made up. Only issue was some of the containers get jammed and seize up during use but a replacement was sent out very quickly when I reported the issue. I'd highly recommend Dr Sam's!”
