“really like this product. it has really helped my rosacea skin. but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE PACKAGING. I AM SICK OF TRYING TO GET PRODUCT OUT. FOR THE SUNSCREEN, I HAD TO CUT OPEN THE PACKAGE AND PUT IT IN A JAR. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE SERUMS OUT OF THESE MALFUNCTIONING CONTAINERS--I HAVE TO WONDER HOW MUCH EXPENSIVE PRODUCT REMAINS IN THE CAN. THE WHOLE THING IS SO IRRITATING AND TIMECONSUMING. The product is great though. IF ANYONE HAS WORKED OUT HOW TO GET THE CAN OPEN PLEASE SHARE!”
“The Nightly serum has done wonders for my skin!! I was a little concerned about starting on retinol and how my skin would react but Dr Sam's advice about frequency and use of moisturiser goggles to protect eyes made a big difference. The frustrating red marks (PIH) left behind by spots started clearing very quickly and breakouts lasted much shorter time so I was made up. Only issue was some of the containers get jammed and seize up during use but a replacement was sent out very quickly when I reported the issue. I'd highly recommend Dr Sam's!”

“Flawless Nightly has done amazing things for my skin over the past two years. It is the first retinol product I have been able to use consistently on my sensitive, mild rosacea-prone skin. I had to build up use slowly initially. I think it too me about 4-6 months before my skin was ok with using it every night. There are still the occasional times I have to back off for a couple of days and just apply a moisturiser to combat a bit of dryness creeping back in. My skin glows (no highlight required), the pores on my nose are barely visible (prior to Nightly I was covering them every day with a pore minimising primer), the pigment on my face is lighter, it has neutralised my oily t-zone (I don't have to keep powdering down this area throughout the day) and it has reduced the redness I constantly had near my temples/sides of my face. I love this product!”
“The product is great - it makes my skin calm and fresh looking and has definitely reduced breakouts. However for a product of this quality the packaging is awful. For the second time with two separate products the pump has stopped working. I have prized the top off to see if it was empty as I hadn't had it long. Over half the product was still in there and the area it pushes up through was blocked. This has happened again on my new one. It's not easy to get into and frankly I shouldn't have to especially as the price has gone up significantly. Not impressed and considering cancelling my auto replenish.”
“Not too strong so minimal flakiness when you start using the product. I have quite pale skin so any blemish is visible but this product rapidly helps any redness fade. Very highly recommend.”
“Started out a bit hesitant to use this product as my skin can be sensitive and I really didn't want dry, patchy, red, peeling spots on my face but started slowly and had no issues. I did notice my skin was a bit drier than usual and that there were a few flakes but over time I now use a full pump every night and my skin looks smoother and younger and I know longer experience the dryness. I'm glad there is a higher strength now available for the future but I'll be sticking with this for awhile before I have to up the strength.”
