“I suddenly started suffering from cystic acne around my chin and jawline about 6 months ago. I have always had a healthy diet, and simple skincare routine but just nothing seemed to help with these sudden and painful breakouts.
I was hesitant about starting retinol because of the ‘purging phase’, but my acne had gotten so bad I decided to go for it.
I used once a week on top of my moisturiser for the first week, 2 times a week for the 2nd week and so on until about 4 weeks in and I was experiencing super intense breakouts, also along my cheeks and upper face (which I had never had before).
Although I was getting so many spots, I had noticed that whenever I did use the retinol it calmed them down faster.
I decided to bite the bullet and start using retinol every three days and then take a rest day.
About 10 weeks in I can say, my skin has transformed, my pigmentation is fading, the spots are do get are minimal and this product clears them fast, my overall skin tone is so much more glowy and healthy looking, even with all my scars still!

“I've been trying to use this serum from January until a week ago, but without any luck. I always got red, I damaged my skin barrier even though I only used it once a week, even every two weeks, hoping I didn't waste my money on it. I'm disappointed, my face is still suffering from this product quite a bit, irritations, pimples, itching, I wouldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin.”
