“Used to help combat closed comedones on cheeks and foreheads. At first I thought it was purging and dr Sam’s confirmed this. I used this product for 12 weeks in total, the last 4 being the worst. After sending a picture to dr Sam’s when my skin had become angry and red they replied telling me it was still purging and to continue until the 12 week mark. By 12 weeks, my skin has broke out in angry, red, itchy cystic pimples all over my face. When I asked dr Sam’s about this they then transferred me to the reaction team which confirmed I had reacted to this product. 10 weeks after stopping this product my skin has calmed down A LOT but I am let with so much PIE that it has affected my confidence. I get married in 5 weeks time and due to this product my skin is definitely not in the best place I wished for it to be.”
