“it really frustates me to give only 2 stars because the product is great, it is my all time favourite night time serum, however, there is a real problem with the packaging. this is the third time I have problem with the pump, after one month of usage 1 pump a day, the product just stops coming out. according to the Dr Sam support, it should me last 3 months with 1 pump a day. considering the price, losing 2/3 of a product every time is not acceptable. at this point I am not raising a reimbursement requests anymore because I don't want to be blacklisted. just giving one last order and if the pump breaks again I will unfortunately have to move on with another brand.”
Thanks for your feedback! We’re thrilled you love our serum, and are very sorry about the pump issues. Our airless pump keeps the product fresh, but it sounds like you need to complete the 'priming' steps to get the product flowing through the mechanism. This can be done by banging the base of the bottle firmly 3-4 times, then whilst holding the product upside down, slowly pressing the pump several times till dispense.
