“I’ve found this to be quite harsh on the tops of my cheeks, even following instructions for application. I think perhaps I should buffer it with FM. It is a great consistency though, and certainly enhances the texture of my skin”

“I bought the serum couple of weeks ago. Started every other day half a pump as recommended. First two times there was a slight tingling. From 3rd use I couldn’t feel any tingling. I have very reactive skin, with rosacea flare ups. I keep my routine simple because my skin barrier is not so resilient. I now use half a pump everyday and don’t feel like I need more than that as the product is very silky and spreads very easily. Little goes a long way. My skin is so smooth, I love it. I will stick to Dr sam’s advice and make sure I use little but often. If anyone’s new to this then definitely watch her retinol series from the website. X”
“Actually I was going to wait at least 1 month before I write a review, but I just can't ... it's too good. My question ist: What kind of witchcraft ist this? Haha. I never used retinol or retinoids before so I was quite scared to start, but I have to say it was easier than I though it would be. I started with 1 pump every second night, followed by Avène Tolerance Emulsion (Active free). No irritation, no redness, no problems. After using it for 2 weeks, I already see (and feel) a difference in my skin. My skin is much softer, more even and brighter. I am also not that oily anymore, especially on my nose and believe me, my nose was an oily mess.
