“Used on two problematic areas as directed and I now have two sore areas of raised irritated skin, this irritation came on all of a sudden so I didn’t get the opportunity to discontinue use or get any warning. Really disappointed with this product and worried about how I will now rebalance and repair my skin. Contacted customer service but haven’t heard anything back from them.”
