Great product, tiny bit tacky.

I apply the gel regularly and my skin reacts very well to it - less blemishes, even skin tone and not dry at all because of the great texture (unlike other spot treatments e.g. BPO).

This is hands down the best treatment I’ve ever used! Keeps the spot hydrated throughout the day and not left with a dry, red and flaky patch at the end of the day. Definitely noticed reduced inflammation the second day I put it on. The fact that it treats the spot before, during and after is perfect!

Love this. Non-drying, really reduces redness and inflammation and fits seamlessly into rest of my routine and also looks good under make-up.

I got this to minimalise the appearance of black heads around my nose area, and have not used to target spots. I like it because it is a cream, and was looking for something different to the more common watery thin BHA toner. I also find retinols very drying, even one with low concentrations. So far it has not caused dryness or redness (although only used for a week) and I think it has started to minimalist pores, although can’t tell just yet. I like the fact that there are several great actives in the one cream, so I continue to be hopeful.

I get very few blemishes nowadays (thanks to Dr Sam’s products) but had ordered this just in case of an outbreak and when a small blemish appeared this dealt with it swiftly. Lovely texture and unlike other drying spot creams.
