“Unfortunately, I seem to be in the minority of people who this didn't work for at all. I've been using it as a spot treatment twice a day for 4 months and my spots have not healed any quicker/better than they would have anyway (mainly hormonal acne spots and a few whiteheads). The PIH is no better either. I've also been trying it as an exfoliant for my nose blackheads and there's been no difference there either. It didn't cause any dryness though, which most spot treatments do, and it sat well under sunscreen and makeup.”
“I am 58 and have had Rosacea since my early 30s. Nothing has ever helped except Dr Sams product. I no longer have pain and burning in my face. I am still very red over a large area of my face, however, breakouts are not often now, unless I neglect myself and my skin. Back to this product... I have used it three times and it definitely helps with breakouts. It is refreshing and replenishing. It soothes and reduces inflammation and sits nicely under Flawless moisturiser. I was unsure initially, however this product is definitely going to be a mainstay in the future. I did not give full marks because of the price point.”

“Nice texture and valuable active ingredients for my hormonal acne. I found that it did calm the area and reduced redness, but also gave me little white bumps/pimples under the skin - I think this is blocked pores and caused by azaleic acid. It might just be my particular skin type. I had the same issue with other azeic acid formulations.”

“I am prone to breakouts all over so I've been using this all over my face every morning. It has a lovely texture and sinks into my skin so quickly leaving it with a smooth texture. The Dr Sam's moisturiser and sunscreen layer over this really well. I've definitely noticed that blackheads on my nose appear less visible and I haven't had any inflamed spots at all since using this. Unlike most salicylic acid toners I've tried, this doesn't dry out my skin at all.”
