This is superb at fighting stubborn breakouts. I always reach for this when my skin is at its worst and it always pulls through - clearing away pimples and the hyperpigmentation it leaves behind. Would highly recommend and will definitely be repurchasing. 10/10!!!

After slight hesitation in purchasing due to the Salicylic Acid, I gave this a go, and boy do I love it! It's effortless to apply and is perfect for targeting stubborn breakouts. It also helps fade any hyperpigmentation left behind, which I adore. I'll always reach for this now whenever I get a break out and intend to use it all year round.

I've just ordered my 3rd tube of this hard-working, effective gel. Love the fact that unlike a lot of blemish control options, it doesn't dry out my skin or cause any flakiness. Works perfectly with the rest of Dr Sam's system & even under make-up.

I have sensitive combination skin so most products just cause dryness and irritation but not this, i get the odd spot from eating too much sugar and hormones, this I put on at night and clear by morning! Works well under makeup too, adore it!

I purchased this for my teenage daughter and it is helping with her breakouts meaning she is using less makeup - so win win!

It is one of the best spot treatment i have ever tried. It improves texture and even out the pigmentation after the pimple.

Absolutely love the neutralising gel! The only product that tackles my breakout and blemishes fast. Repurchased 2 tubes immediately after using for a week. It works well underneath makeup and works to prevent new maskne from prolonged mask wearing too.
