Pilling is unpredictable, as everyone's skin will react differently to product application. The best thing is to make sure your skin is completely touch dry in between steps. It's crucial not to just smooth each step on and allow it to dry down on its own, as this can create a filmy residue contributing to pilling. Using a light pressure with fingertips, make sure that you continue massaging the Brightly in until this has completely absorbed into the skin. Dr Sam's 13 Dot Technique really helps to spread the product evenly. We would also recommend dispensing less of the product for application. The dispense amount on the packaging serves as a general guide and it can be too generous for some! We've got in touch directly to further assist.
“I dont know how id describe my akin but its incredibly reactive to most products, my skin was pretty heavily congested and I have relatively enlarged pores. I'm 3 months in right now and my skin tone has evened out a lot and my texture has improved massively, I believe its a god send but it does take its time and it is a trust the process product”
“I’ve used up two tubes of this serum, but so far I haven’t seen any significant results. On the plus side, it absorbs easily and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. However, it tends to pill on the skin, so I have to use a good layer of moisturizer underneath to avoid that. Because of this, I’m giving it 3 stars.”

“The serum absorbs quickly and leaves a dry and matte finish. Very good under makeup! It really improves my redness within a few weeks.
There is mild exfoliation effect and it seems to sensitize my skin when I use it in the morning and tretinoin at night. If I use it with less potent retinoids it works well.
I would recommend it for anyone with redness issues.”
