“I’ve noticed a slight improvement in the appearance of facial pores. No change so far in areas of brown pigmentation. It goes on nicely but leaves a slightly chalky residue which pills up when you apply moisturiser or makeup over the top. Not sure I would buy again for this reason.”

Pilling is unpredictable, as everyone's skin will react differently to product application. The best thing is to make sure your skin is completely touch dry in between steps. It's crucial not to just smooth each step on and allow it to dry down on its own, as this can create a filmy residue contributing to pilling. Using a light pressure with fingertips, make sure that you continue massaging the Brightly in until this has completely absorbed into the skin. Dr Sam's 13 Dot Technique really helps to spread the product evenly. We've also got in touch directly to provide further assistance.
