“I have always looked like I've gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. The constant black pits under my eyes have always frustrated me, and no matter how many eye creams I've piled on, how many bottles of water I've drunk, my eyes still looked like I could be the new poster for Scream.
I started using this about a month ago, and have noticed a difference already. I still have my black eyes, Dr Sam isn't a magician, however, they're a lot paler and smaller. The skin is smooth and feels silky the next morning as well.
The only thing I might say, is that if this overlaps with any of the Nightly serum, I do get a little red patch of irritation, generally on the top of my cheek bone, but this passes quickly - the irritation is more of a slight burning/tingling sensation than itching or causing a rash.”
“Try as I might with this serum, it just completely irritates me. I tried applying it on top of moisturiser and starting with once a week, but by the next day the skin under my eyes is just dry and flakey. Feels like a big waste of money...”
So sorry to hear about your experience. If you have sensitive skin you can apply moisturiser before and after eye serum, that should help to avoid irritation. If the issue persists please contact our customer service team.

I've been using it for over a week and hadn't read the advice to start slowly but I've had no problems until yesterday when my skin began to feel tight and sting a bit. I'm confident it won't be an ongoing problem if I reduce how often I'm using it for a few days. Thank you for your feedback. Please try to apply an additional buffer layer of moisturiser in the eye area before and after the serum as this should help for you skin to adjust to a new product.
