I had high hopes for this serum. I’ve got sensitive skin so sandwiched the product, slowly introduced but not working for me ‍♀️

As with all dr sams products they make my skin dry, really wanted them all to work but unfortunately everytime I use them my skin gets very dry, probably better for acne oily skin.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your experience with Flawless Nightly Eye Serum! The eye area is very delicate and can be sensitive to active ingredients. The product needs to be introduced slowly, so please begin by using the product twice a week only. You should only use 1/2 a pump per eye. If you are prone to sensitivity, you can apply an additional buffer layer of moisturiser in the eye area before and after the serum. x

I have always had problems with eye creams and gels. After an initial feeling that this “could be the one” they have let me down and I haven’t persisted with their use. Dr Sam’s version feels different from the start, lightweight and easily absorbed. It’s early days yet and while the skin around my eyes feels smoother and there no adverse reaction, as I haven’t seen an improvement in under eye dark circles, I have only awarded 4 stars. Here’s hoping it turns into a 5 star performance in time.

I have had dry skin around my eyes for as long as I can remember and nothing has really worked long term but that is not the case here, it’s been a complete change and I’m thrilled.

As others, I have mixed thoughts. I am only using this once a week as I too notice flakiness and peeling around my eyes. It does this a couple days after use and for several days thereafter. I will try the moisturizer "sandwich " I've read as recommended. I just hope I'm not doing more damage to my eye area. Have loved every other Dr Sam's product! I agree with others about the product packaging...product is too good to waste and the cost is too much not to get every last drop!

I’ve been using the eye serum now for several weeks. I still can’t decide whether it is value for money. I use all the other dr Sam products and absolutely love them. ( apart from the pump action containers which drive me mad as they are temperamental and you can’t take the lids off and scrape round the the last bits nor can you see how far down you are getting) The eye serum didn’t sting my eyes at all which was good and glides on. My fine lines have improved but I can’t say I see a difference with dark circles. Unsure as yet whether to re purchase. I’d recommend anyone to try it out though!
