Thank you for your feedback. If you are prone to sensitivity, you can apply an additional buffer layer of moisturiser in the eye area before and after the serum. This should help to resolve the issue. Please contact out support team if the issue persists.

Hey Eve! The eye area is very delicate and can be sensitive to active ingredients. The product needs to be introduced slowly, so please begin by using the product twice a week only. He should only use 1/2 a pump per eye. We would highly recommend that he applies an additional buffer layer of moisturiser in the eye area before and after the serum. As the weeks go by and your eye area becomes more tolerant of the active ingredients, the usage can be built up to daily. The sandwich moisturiser trick will really help!
