“I suffer from really dry lips during the winter months and have tried just about every lip product on the market to resolve this. I decided to try Sr Sam's flawless lip after watching a couple of reviews on YouTube and I couldn't be happier with the results! I apply it at night before bed and wake up in the morning to much softer lips. The results have just improved over time. A little goes a long way so the little tube lasts ages.”
“I can barely get any product out of the tube without squeezing it with my teeth.
I asked the contact centre if this was usual and was told to keep it warm - a tad difficult when I’ve bought it specifically to use on a skiing trip!
It also has an unpleasant lanolin taste and when I did manage to get some product out, I found it so sticky and thick - quite unpleasant really.
I love Dr Sam products but this one won’t be re-ordered and might even go in the bin sadly.”
