“I am so disappointed with this product as others I have bought are wonderful. To start with, it is very difficult to get out of the tube - a good work out for your fingers! It is also so thick it is quite difficult to spread. Finally it is suggested to be good under matt lipstick , but it then makes it glossy!”

“....it’s so hard to get out the tube! I know it states keep at room temperature- presumably to soften it - my house is average temperature but it is almost solid! Even new and full it’s so hard to squeeze a tiny amount out , goodness knows what it will be like when it has been used, it will be almost impossible to get out - I think the packaging needs to be reviewed ie maybe be in a tin so you can use your finger to rub over the lip balm to soften it and use it , it’s a shame as it is a good lip balm but so hard to get out of the packaging- i love all of Dr Sams other products but I think this needs a little work - so sorry as I wanted to love this - which I do when I eventually get some out of the tube!”
