“I do really like how my lips feel in the morning after using this lip balm, they geniunely feel really soft and supple. However, the packaging is awful! You have to use your fingers and its so sticky, like just horrible sticky, so a change in packaging would be good so it can be applied directly to lips would be good. Also because of its stickiness, I wouldn't use it in the day as your hair will just stick to it if you leave the house, like a sticky lipgloss. Really nice if you are using the Dr Sam mask and having a bit of a pamper, or for overnight though.”

It always feels, dry, uncomfortable and many times painful. Just a smile can crack my lips sometimes.
Literally no product ever works. I've done so many researches on lip balms, and even with all that knowledge, I have never been able to find a lip balm which wouldn't dry my lips out even more. I've tried not using anything for time to time. I drink plenty of water so I hydrate myself from the inside.
I've tried expensive stuff, cheap stuff, very well known brands, home-made stuff.
Lip balms just never worked for me.
Until a year ago I've found this little gem.
Even though I'm not a fan of the packaging (and the application hence the packaging) and the price sometimes scares me away for a few month to buy it again (that's the time when I try out other products, just to see if I can find anything similar), I'm always coming back for this one. It keeps my lips moist, healthy, smooth. Even when it comes off during the day, it doesn't leave my lips feeling dry or uncomfortable.
This lip balm is the one for me.”
“Lovely lip balm. Keeps my lips soothed throughout the day. The only drawback is it needed to be warmed up for first use as it is so thick. But now it is fine”

The product,in my view is to hard to sticky to bring moisture deeper to the lips .also smells odd to me . I put quite thick layer of the balm ,and even though ,being whole night on the lips ,do not moisture my lips the way I wish for. Sorry but this product

“I had a bit of trouble with getting it out of the tube at first , having been left outside in the post box it was very hard. This is a great lip balm and it has worked well adding a bit to chapped skin around my nose after a cold.”
