“I really, really like this cleanser but I thoroughly dislike the pump mechanism, hence only giving it three stars. I thought I'd come to the end of the product as it wouldn't pump anymore but unscrewed the top and saw there seemed to be a great deal left. My husband cut the dispenser open and I scraped out at least another month's worth of product. I'd really prefer the product in a large tube or use the same delivery system used for the day and night serums which pushes the product up with no wastage. Or use the same current delivery system but make the product a little thinner. I know refill packs are available but I don't feel it's hygienic to keep topping up old product with new.”

My skin is still quite bumpy and red, which is why I bought the cleanser in the first place. I was hoping it would help with that, but so far it hasn’t.
