“I really wanted to like this cleanser but it realllllly dried out my face and damaged my moisture barrier. I think cleansing for an entire minute made it worse as well. Still trying to fix my moisture barrier weeks later. Please be careful with this cleanser if your skin is sensitive and dehydrated!”

“I love Dr Sam products and I have been keen to try this one. It is very gentle and has a lovely gel texture, and is not irritating at all. However, I do find that one cleanse is definitely not enough to remove a day’s make-up. There is always residue. Therefore, I will continue to use it, but will still use Elemis cleanser as a first step.”
Hello Patricia, thank you for leaving a review. Flawless Cleanser has been designed to thoroughly remove make-up, sunscreen, oil and grime whilst respecting the skin’s natural barrier. Our award-winning gel cleanser is both non-foaming and oil-free.
The recommended usage is for one pump of product in the morning and 2 in the evening, massaging for a full minute before rinsing. If wearing longwear or waterproof makeup we advise using our Flawless Cleansing Water on a cotton pad for the eyes beforehand, and have got in touch directly with further details and to share Dr Sam's YouTube video on this.
“I honestly do not think I could back to another cleanser. It cleanses my skin perfectly but is also incredibly gentle and protective of my skin barrier. The jelly texture is really nice, but also ensures the product doesn’t just slip and slide all around and gets wasted. This cleanser is really top notch.”
