“I like the texture of this cleanser. It’s a gel and doesn’t foam up but my face feels clean and fresh afterwards. It’s got a nice subtle fragrance to it.”

I applied the cleanser as instructed and was very careful to rinse away any residue of it from my skin. I made no other skincare changes.
Unfortunately, very shortly after incorporating the flawless cleanser, I had what can only be described as an 'explosion' of Malassezia folliculitis, aka 'fungal acne', on my face.
This necessitated a consultation with a private doctor and a course of oral antifungal medication which I am still taking. It has been extremely distressing to say the least, and has left me not wanting to leave the house until my skin significantly improves.
I had an extremely minor 'fungal acne' breakout last year, after an extended course of antibiotics, which resolved quickly with topical treatment and I have had no other issues sine then, until now.
This cleanser is obviously amazing for the vast majority of people but I would not recommend it for anyone who has ever had 'fungal acne'. I have had the worst few weeks of my life going from clear skin to a face full of 'acne'.”

“Really terrible packaging lets this product down! I bought 3 bottles at Sephora. The cleanser itself is great but I can't justify repurchasing in this current bottle - please improve it! You get to 3/4 through and the pump can't get any product out so I end up banging it on the back of my hand to get it out, which is messy and not pleasant to use!”
