“So I really loved the feeling of this and how it doesn't irritate eyes or skin at all. HOWEVER, to my disappointment, even when I lather and rub in on my skin for the 60s (yes, 2 pumps at night) it doesn't dissolve all my foundation and I can tell only because I go in with a toner (different brand) and a cotton pad after and it ends up all brown... I will keep using it in the AM, but it doesn't dissolve all spf and makeup unfortunately like my other cleansers. The packaging is also a lot smaller than expected of a cleanser.”
