“Pump doesn’t work, I contacted the team for help and instead of just sending a pump that worked I was asked to fill in a form, send a photo of the packaging, my batch number etc - can I not just get a pump that works please?”

To ensure we track and resolve any quality concerns properly, we do ask customers to complete a short form with key details like batch number and photos. This helps us investigate and prevent similar issues in future. Once we receive the completed form, we proceed straight to a resolution, including sending a replacement where appropriate.
