It’s formulated to be a no-rinse cleanser, however if you have sensitive skin, it’s recommended you remove any residue with water using a Bamboo Reusable Cleansing Round. Hi Steph, thank you for providing this feedback. We recommend soaking a Reusable Cleansing Round and then pressing it onto skin, holding it against the closed eye for around 20-30 seconds, before swiping make-up, oil and impurities away.This will allow the product to break down the mascara and avoid the need for tugging the skin.
