“I really suffer with sensitive eyes and have tried so many brands that will take my eye make up off without making my eyes sting. This cleansing water is by far the best I have ever used, it’s so gentle and does not sting at all. I use it every evening to take off the first layer of make up before cleansing with the Dr Sam Cleanser. Will not be trying any other brand”
