It’s formulated to be a no-rinse cleanser, however if you have sensitive skin, it’s recommended you remove any residue with water using a Bamboo Reusable Cleansing Round. Hi Steph, thank you for providing this feedback. We recommend soaking a Reusable Cleansing Round and then pressing it onto skin, holding it against the closed eye for around 20-30 seconds, before swiping make-up, oil and impurities away.This will allow the product to break down the mascara and avoid the need for tugging the skin. We avoid using ingredients in amounts that are regarded as potentially comedogenic or irritating to the skin, and Flawless Cleansing Water has only 9 ingredients, with gentle surfactants, anti-inflammatories, and hydrating glycerin to support the skin's barrier. “I have combination, highly reactive/sensitive skin. Every single cleanser I have ever tried leaves my skin felling dry and tight to some degree. This does not. It leaves my skin feeling cushiony soft, without a hint of tightness. Does not appear to irritate my skin or cause redness. I thought I loved Bioderma Sensibo H2O Soothing Micellar Water Cleanser, but I love this more. The only down side is that this costs approximately three times more per ml than the Bioderma (based on AUD conversion rates). But I think it is more effective at cleansing my skin, so I will continue purchasing it and hope that Sephora Australia will soon stock Dr Sam's so that I can stop paying overseas postage and currency conversion costs.
