“I am fair skinned with deep set eyes, I can often look tired due to this and a blue tone under my eyes. I’ve tried so many eye creams and this is not only lovely to use but I’m definitely seeing a positive change. I look brighter under my eyes and also think my lines are less noticeable. Very happy and would definitely recommend it.”
“A great disappointment. This thick yellowish/gold pasty 'cream' does not spread at all, when tap gently stays as a gold pasty spot. To make it smoother, a moisturizer is absolutely needed. On a positive note, it is gentle and could work as a concealer, but there are too many negative points for me not to repurchase.”
Hi Virginie, we're sorry to hear of your experience with using Flawless Brightly Eye Serum for the first time and have got in touch with you directly to provide further guidance and assistance.
“I really wanted to like this, because I love the other products I have from this brand, but I found this serum to be quite grainy and didn't feel good on the skin + my makeup sits really weird every time I use it, even though I put a moisturizer over it.”
Hi Polly, thank you for getting in touch, we're sorry to hear of your experience with using Flawless Brightly Eye Serum for the first time. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't initially work as expected and have got in touch directly to provide further tips and guidance.
“Was never a fan of eye creams, thought was just expensive face cream. But looked at the I grdients list and there were stuff in it not already in my dr Sam’s collection. Tried it and think it has made a difference to my eyebags, puffiness and dark circles which I never got until I hit my 40s.”
“The first Dr Sam’s product I’ve used that I actively dislike! The Nightly eye cream is fab but unfortunately I cannot find a good word to say about this. The colour is a sickly yellow which I imagine only suits warm skin tones (mine is neutral and it looks awful). No matter whether I use it over a moisturiser or bare skin, in pills/balls up on the surface, irrespective of how long I leave between layers. It settles in fine lines and goes cakey. If I accidentally catch any in my eyebrows it looks like terrible dandruff! Maybe it would deliver great results if I could wear it, but it’s just not possible. Sorry…not a patch on Dr Sam face serums, moisturisers or lip balms.”
Hi there, thank you so much for providing us with this feedback. The application recommendation is cleanse>vitamin C serum (if using)>Flawless Brightly Eye serum>Brightly serum>moisturiser>SPF. We don't recommend applying any of the other products around the eye area, as the Brightly Eye serum is hydrating enough on its own. If you'd like to further discuss this, please get in touch with us at hello@drsambunting.com so we can discuss your current routine, and ways it can be tweaked.
