The printing quality of these perfect bound magazines was impressive and reflected a high level of craftsmanship from start to finish. The binding itself is strong and durable, with clean, square edges that give the magazine a polished, professional look. Pages are securely held in place, and even after repeated use, the spine maintains its integrity without cracking or separating.
Overall, the perfect binding and print execution come together to create a product that not only looks professional but also stands up well to regular handling. It’s clear that a lot of care went into production, resulting in a magazine that feels both visually and physically satisfying. The price was very reasonable for a job of this nature. The people were very friendly and delivery was only 3 days. I will definately use this company on an ongoing basis and recommend the to my friends.”

“The books came printed wrong. Pages were in the wrong order. Before I sent off files for print I emailed to double-check that they were correct, which they were. I contacted about the error and was issued a reprint.
The reprint arrived and had the same issue. Contacted again, and another reprint was issued with an assurance that it would be checked before delivery. Got the second reprint, and the pages were incorrect again.
Eventually I was contacted by the customer care supervisor after a refund was already issued. I ended up receiving my books in the correct order with a refund still on the way.
I’m delighted it did get sorted in the end however the mistake should not have happened that many times, especially as the issue was identified straight away by the supervisor.
The customer service was always good when I was contacting about the issues.
Although I had issues I most likely would use the service again, as I was happy with the quality once everything was sorted.”
