“The books came printed wrong. Pages were in the wrong order. Before I sent off files for print I emailed to double-check that they were correct, which they were. I contacted about the error and was issued a reprint.
The reprint arrived and had the same issue. Contacted again, and another reprint was issued with an assurance that it would be checked before delivery. Got the second reprint, and the pages were incorrect again.
Eventually I was contacted by the customer care supervisor after a refund was already issued. I ended up receiving my books in the correct order with a refund still on the way.
I’m delighted it did get sorted in the end however the mistake should not have happened that many times, especially as the issue was identified straight away by the supervisor.
The customer service was always good when I was contacting about the issues.
Although I had issues I most likely would use the service again, as I was happy with the quality once everything was sorted.”
