“My books turned out great even though the first batch were damaged as the binding was falling apart, ye dealt with it immediately and very professionally. I appreciated getting them reprinted and I can say your customer service is 5 stars! I have ordered many time off of ye and this was the first time I have ever had a problem but it was fixed and dealt with immediately!!

Thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel you received bad service - we take pride in our customer support and service. I can see we had a number of communications from you on your order.
You had received one copy of a book when you ordered one copy of a book. You were demading we print more copies of your book at no charge which we did not do. If you wished 3 copies then an order for 3 should have been placed.
You were expecting more as a friend of yours had received an extra copy.
When we print we print of full sheets and sometimes to fill the sheets, some extra copies are made depending on the size of the print. These extra copies are sent as free rather than thrown away. These as known as over prints. They can never be expected.
As you received the one book you ordered, we are unable to take any further action.
