“The product is great, no complaints there. But I have twice ordered now and paid for the quicker express delivery option (for an increased postage price), and twice I have not had the product delivered on the date specified on the website. On both occasions I have not received the delivery until the standard delivery option date that was the cheaper delivery price when placing both orders. I am seriously considering finding another printing service.”

Hi Leon Thanks for your review. I am glad to see you are so pleased with the quality of the prints, however I understand it is frustrating when there is a delay in delivery. As the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery service with factors able to affect transport we do need to state all deliveries are estimated only and each order was delivered the next working day which is deemed acceptable by the courier on an estimated service. As a result though I have requested a refund on the delivery costs of both orders. Please do let us know directly when this happens so we can act promptly for you. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I had an issue with a damaged poster in transit which was dealt with extremely well by this company after I had posted a review explaining the issue. They read the review and contacted me, offered to re-print and send another copy which they did immediately - thank you”
