“Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. 1. The prints were significantly distorted. The artwork supplied was square, including crop marks and guides. However, the image printed was rectangular. 2. The prints arrived damaged, with folds and creases. It seems the tube packaging wasn’t robust enough and may have been squashed before or during shipping. 3. The print quality was poor—way too dark, with high contrast that obscured any background details. Given the issues outlined above, I lacked confidence that this could be resolved, so I requested a refund. Customer service was quick to acknowledge the failings, apologised, and informed me that I will be refunded.”

Hi Chris Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was not as expected. We did deal with your issue as soon as you had contacted us. As it has been damaged in transit and not able to be used we did refund the order for you. However you had ordered a 500x700mm poster which is why the final print was rectangular and has issues. We do ask for arwork to be provided print ready including to the correct size. I am sorry you still feel it was poor service after we had refunded the order as we always wish to do all we can for our customers. If there is anything else we can do please let us know. “My order arrived quite late & biut damaged but this was clearly on Parcelforce. Ian at digital printing fixed this situation arranged a quick reprint & second time round are great quality & arrived in perfect condition. Will use again!”
