“Print quality was not great, colours were muted compared to other people’s work in the image. The poster came a day late, even though I paid for advance shipping, and the courier had crushed my tube so that the final poster was crumpled”

Good morning Callum, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have tried to call but have been unable to speak with you so have left a voicemail. Apologies for the damage caused by the courier during the delivery, this is unfortunately beyond our control and they have have let us both down. Regarding the colour of your print, unfortunately your design has not been print ready with CMYK colours as we request which has caused the slight change. I would be happyto help you and print another poster if you could first amend the design to be print ready as per our instructions and send when ready to info@digitalprinting.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
