“Didn’t receive the correct order and couldn’t be rectified in time for when I needed it. Offered a refund but will take up to 21 days. Therefore can’t recommend. However, the customer service chat function on the website was responsive and helpful”

“The map that I had sent to be printed contained lots of intricate details and these were not at all well defined in the resultant print. There is also evidence of bleeding inks and the resolution of the print is grainy (at best); the fine details of the map have been lost. The colour reproduction is not accurate as the colours have been overly saturated. I decided to try out digitalprinting.co.uk (only asking for one copy of a map I'm intending to do a longer print run on, as a test) as the prints that I had been receiving from my previous print supplier had dropped in quality. However, this print is of a lower quality than those inadequate prints I'd received from my previous supplier.”

Hi Ed Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your print was not as expected. However this is ordered A0 poster which is large format print. These are not designed for intricate detailed prints but as a print designed to be viewed from a distance as poster. We do provide Giclee prints designed for fine detail artwork that would produce better results for your needs. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Extremely dark print especially in one corner, lifeless and dull. I chose the recommended settings, wish I hadn’t. They did send two of the same print, I thought I was paying for one so that was nice but the quality is so lackluster. Also the envelope type packaging it came in had wrinkles and bumps which directly translated to the print. Won’t be shopping here again.”

Hi Beste Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was not as expected. I can see your artwork is jpg which is RGB colours. RGB is designed for lit screens and monitors and will appear duller on a printed page. We recommend CMYK colours for this reason.
