Hi Isobelle Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was a delay in your delivery. The order was placed for estimated delivery on Good Friday. There was a delay by the courier and it was delivered on the next working day, which due to the holiday, was Tuesday. We do state that delivery dates are estimated only as the couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery with factors able to affect transport. I am sorry that the bank holiday weekend caused a longer delay than normal to your delivery. Good afternoon Isobelle, Thank you for the review of your recent order. Apologies that your order arrived later than estimated. As you can see from the tracking supplied with your order we did produce and dispatch this order on time for you. You order was initially estimated to arrive on Saturday but arrived the next available working day which was Tuesday due to the bank holiday. Unfortunately the courier experienced some delays and backlog due to the bank holiday weekend which was entirely beyond our control. This is the reason that we unfortunately must advise that all deliveries are estimated only and never guaranteed. In this instance I will have the delivery fee paid refunded back to you. Please allow 7 – 10 working days for this to arrive back with you. I am glad to hear that once the order arrived you were pleased with the print and quality of the products. “Brochures were delivered quickly and look good. The cutting of the douments wasn't brilliant as the books have a line at the top of each page and the line appears wider on narrower depending on the page.”

We have looked at the order and can see no bleed is added to your artwork that we recommend on all artwork as it is always possible for pages to move in the press by 1-2mm so bleed will avoid white edges.
