“The book’s quality is “alright”, what is very disappointing is the fact that I paid to get the books delivered on an specific day, which was confirmed at the moment of the payment and also by email twice by the team, we’ll the book arrived 3 day late when they were not needed as I was sending them the books to another country”

Hi Juliana Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was delayed in transit. We do state that delivery dates are estimated as the courier does not provide a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport. The order was estimated to be delivered on a Friday and was delivered on the Monday which was the next working day so it was only one day late which the courier do deem as acceptable on an estimated service. “Back in 2017, I made my first order from Digital Printing Company. It was for 2 books. This year (2025), eight years later so far I have ordered over 1000 books. All the books have been peeect bound. I genuinely believe that I would not continue to order books from Digital Printing and for so many years if it did not offer a high quality professional service. This is supplemented with an excellent and responsive Custmer Service who are on hand if needed. I found all the staff helpful and attentive. I would recommend that any budding authors explore the services of Digital Printing if they are considering getting their " masterpiece" printed.”

“Digital Printing were brilliant from start to end. It was easy to place the order, and they were so helpful with the covers and making edits when I noticed I had got the page numbering wrong. Once approved the books were printed really quickly, and I'm so pleased with the final product. I would highly recommend Digital Printing.”
