“3 out of 3 orders arrived late, including an express order. While the printing was fine, unfortunately, we needed the material by specific dates. Not recommended for time-sensitive material.”

Hi Amina Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you have experiences with delays. I can see that one order was delayed by the courier. As they do not offer a guaranteed service with factors able to affect transport we do state that dates are estimated only. We did refund the delivery costs due to their delay. On another order the delay was caused by the fact the artwork was not provided correctly and we had to contact you and by the time it was resolved we needed to change the dates as we were unable to start on time. “I have used digital printing more than once now and have been very happy with the products I have received. I was unsure what to expect as the price seemed too low compared to other providers I received a quote from but I have been pleasantly surprised for it it to be a service providing high quality products and excellent customer service. I had particular questions and different issues that I was unsure about when it came to printing but the customer service email was great with all my questions answered clearly and promptly. I would highly recommend digital printing and their products.”

“As I know nothing about poetry, I engaged two friends to help a local priest I know to get his first book printed. They were able to liaise and encourage him for the past four months. When they came back to me with the final draft all I had to do was send it off to Digital Printing. A few days later the books were delivered directly to him. He was overwhelmed seeing his first book in print and at a quality that would need to be seen to be believed. I may not know about poetry but these poems are inspirational. When he came to me first he wanted a hundred copies but when he came at the end he shocked me when ordering four hundred books, for a first book. With the net profits going to two local charities even if he does not sell all the books he has the potential to raise a thousand or two thousand pounds for charities instead of hundreds as first thought. We now have another recruited author who is impesnsed by Digital Printing. This turned out to be a very successful project and you never know sometime he might consider a follow up.”
