“I wanted a small print run of a story at a reasonable cost. The price was excellent value. The ordering process was so straightforward and the production and delivery lead time was so quick. Also, I had some tech issues at my side getting my document into the correct format. Your excellent and helpful staff sorted this for me. Thank you. I will certainly use your company again. Can’t recommend highly enough. What I thought was going to be a nightmare experience for me was just so straightforward. I think it’s also worth mentioning that I approached a couple of other companies for quotes. None compared to yours and one had the worst customer services I have experienced for some time. Thank you again!”

“Overall I'm pleased with the result – the books look good and most importantly my client, the author, agrees. The process of uploading the press PDFs, then filling in the form for quantity and the delivery details was straightforward. My client received the goods on time and I got my copy from the autheor shortly afterwards. Why am I not giving five stars? I was expecting the main body of the text pages to be an uncoated paper but it was a thinner silk version of the cover. Fortunately this has worked out OK and the client likes it but perhaps some clearer indications of paper choices would help in future. Otherwise a good job – well done!”
