“Avoid this company. I paid for a product that was never delivered, and over a week later I am still waiting for a refund despite repeated chasing. Communication has been poor, and they have only stated that a refund has been “requested” internally with no proof it has actually been processed. Taking payment is quick - resolving issues and refunding customers is not. I would not order from them again.”

Hi Holly Thanks for your email. I am sorry that your order was not delivered on time. We do state that delivery dates are estimated as the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery with factors able to affect transport. “Unfortunately I misunderstood the terminology. I was wanting hardback books, and thought "Perfect Bound" was another phrase for that. So when I ordered - initially, as proof copies - 2 copies, I was disappointed to receive what I would have called "paperbacks". When I complained, I received a courteous explanation, that this company does not do hardback books. The copies I received were excellent for what they were - and I was surprised that I received not two but four copies, which were good value. My fault that I didn't make sure I understood what was available.”

“My first order with Digital Printing UK was on 31st May 2017, almost nine years ago. It was for just two books. Almost every year since I have placed order with this company. Why? The same reason that I made my first order and received this. They do put thr customer first and respond to any queries. They have an excellent customer service where staff go out of their way to ensure that customers are happy with their products. They do offer an excellent product in their perfect bound books which are real books. They do print colour for no extra cost. And they do all this to have your safe delivery of their products usually within a week of ordering. That is why.”
