“Ordered on Thursday for a Saturday delivery and then they were deliverd 4 days afterwards. Delivery company said they received the items late but Digital Printing disputed this. Refunded delivery only.”

Hi Finlay Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order was delayed in transport. We do state that delivery dates are estimated as the courier does not offer guaranteed delivery as factors can affect transport. The courier tracking did show that they had the package on the evening we despatched in on time. The courier does not operate collections on a Saturday and we are closed, so they could not receive it from on Saturday. The weekend did add to the days as Monday is the next working day for delivery after Saturday. As a result of the delivery delay we did refund the delivery costs. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I made an order for my final year Written Thesis - the process is quick, the price reasonable, and I even got extra copies that I can keep or give. Would recommend to anyone needing reliable service. My only wish is that they would allow international mobile phones for SMS purposes - got a slight headache with delivery.”

“I was very tight in time and needed to print an album book. The team was very helpful, printed and dispatched the album within 24h. I received a well packaged album. Price is reasonable and express delivery option is available. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again. Thank you!”
