Hi Isobelle Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was a delay in your delivery. The order was placed for estimated delivery on Good Friday. There was a delay by the courier and it was delivered on the next working day, which due to the holiday, was Tuesday. We do state that delivery dates are estimated only as the couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery with factors able to affect transport. I am sorry that the bank holiday weekend caused a longer delay than normal to your delivery. “Brochures were delivered quickly and look good. The cutting of the douments wasn't brilliant as the books have a line at the top of each page and the line appears wider on narrower depending on the page.”

We have looked at the order and can see no bleed is added to your artwork that we recommend on all artwork as it is always possible for pages to move in the press by 1-2mm so bleed will avoid white edges.
