“On a second order, due to the lack of experience, I missed the page number was placed incorrectly. It required simply by an additional blank page. As a consequence, DigitalPrinting printed the page number in the inner margin. Customer service (Chris Mccullough) referred to the file layout as counterargument. A proper customer service/assistance would have advised on such evident issue. The font quality also varies.”

We do process artwork as provided so all pages need included in your file - Please also include any blanks to the page count matches both artwork and order. We did add a blank for you and sent you a proof that you agreed before we printed. We do not proof read the text in the artwork and would not raise the issue with the page number locations. “The best recommendation that I can make is to say that you would ever reorder a product from a company unless you trusted the quality of their products. I reordered the same book on two occasions over the Christmas period and as usual was delighted with the books that were received. Furthermore I placed an order for a small run of a new title that I had written around Christmas too. It was very special as my two children paid for this for me as a Christmas present. Unfortunately I was not allowed to open the box of books until Christmas Day even though Digital had delivered it in plenty of time. I was like a child on Christmas Day opening the box of books to see the hard copy of the book for the first time. Digital had done themselves proud as yet again their quality was first class for a perfect bound book. What made it more special was that it was a gift from my children, a gift I really wanted. How many people can say that honestly on Christmas Day.”
